HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACE

My baby turned 3 on Sunday. It is fun but also so sad to see him grow up so fast. He has been so much fun! I love his sweet personality, and love the fiestyness (is that even a word?) in him as well. He is so funny. The only thing he wanted to do for his birthday was to go bowling and to go to Chuck-E-Cheese, becuase he said he wanted to "go somewhere where a kid can be a kid.". So, of course we had to go....and we all survived. Happy Birthday Jace! We love you!
Dressing up like Harry Potter.

Gotta love the ice cream truck that comes around and sells kids ice cream that stains their faces for days.

My sweet little baby.

First Missing Tooth

I've never put a video on here, so I don't know if this will work.

Dreyton lost his first tooth tonight. He probably shouldn't have lost it this early, but last week he was trying to open his water gun with his teeth, and the gun slipped, yanking his tooth forward. It was sooo gross. It was just poking straight out, so I had to reach in and push it back into place and blood was going everywhere. Anyway, after the shock and pain went away, Dreyton was pretty excited and has been working on it every day. He finally got brave enough to yank it out tonight and , holy cow, did that tooth go flying! It took us about 30 minutes to find the tooth, which ended up being clear across the room on Drey's bed.

Easter Weekend

We had such a fun Easter weekend! We started out at the Rowley's where we hung out for the day. The boys played and decorated Easter eggs. Grandma made the boys an Easter package with some candy and bubble blowers in it. On the way out of town the boys got to play with them right in the kitchen (sorry about the messy floor), and loved it.
Saturday we went to the Easter Egg Hunt up in Oak City. Dreyton got really into it this year, but we couldn't talk Jace into picking up any eggs. He just wanted to cry till it was over. We went to Grandma and Grandpa Larsens after that and had a nice huge dinner. All my brothers and sister were able to be there with their families, so it was sooo much fun! Grandma Larsen had an egg hunt for all the kids in the backyard. She put initials on each egg so that every grandkid got the same amount of eggs. Then the kids decorated eggs and G & G Larsen gave them a quarter collection thing and 7 quarters each to start their collection. It was such a great idea, they all had so much fun with it.
Easter Day was so fun too. Jace didn't care about anything except for a water gun that he has been asking for for months. The Easter bunny brought the boys some goggles too. Who knew that they would love them so much! They wear them in the tub, outside, to Home Depot....everywhere.
Anyway, we had a fun weekend visiting with family and letting the kids run wild!

Dreyton has a hard time keeping clothes on. So, here he is in his undies, once again, hunting for eggs in our backyard. It was so cold that morning, but he doesn't care.

Starting their quarter collection.

Pat giving Jace a horse ride. Jace loved it!

Drey, Lafe and Zach

There was no talking Jace into picking up the eggs at his feet. He can be so stubborn!

Enjoying the bubble blowers and making a mess!

Shane kept himself entertained while the grown ups played games.

Random Pic's

Just thought I'd add some random pic's in here. I need to update my Easter pictures, but there are sooooooo many of them. I'll wait till I have more time to go through them all.
Having a BBQ with Corey and Dawns fam and Katie and Paxton. I'm so sad to see Corey and his fam move!
If the boys aren't walking around in undies, then they are walking around in costumes. I can very rarely get them to wear regular clothes. This is a picture with Dreytons best freind Cameron. They are inseperable!
Jace, still in his jammies, and Dreyton, having a water fun fight outside. Both of them get worried about getting water in their eyes, so they have to wear their goggles.
Jace was so proud of himself for 'helping' me. I was updating my pictures in frames, left for a minute to answer the phone and came back to find almost every picture cut in half. I had just had them developed that day! He smiled and said "Ok, mom, I'm done helping."
My cute hubby. I think he will REALLY like that I posted this picture! He ran to Harts like this to get a drink. Nice boots!

Dreyton, Jace and Zach having another fun cousin sleepover.

So Cute

Over the weekend, Becky took a bunch of pictures of my boys and they turned out sooooo dang cute. She took a ton, so she is still working on the other ones, but here is one of them that I stole off of the Larsen blog that she posted. Isn't he the cutest kid ever?!

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
That's all I have to say!

Black Rock

We went exploring Black Rock (over by the Great Salt Lake) the other day. Don't really know much about the history, but you could tell there use to be a boardwalk and other stuff there. Not a whole lot to look at but it was still fun. Dustin and Dreyton wanted to climb to the top of the rock, which left me freaking out at the bottom. If I had the right shoes, I probably would have gone with them. Dustin said it wasn't too hard, but from my view it looked like they were going to fall any second. Another fun day with the fam! Love them!!

Jace kept yelling at Dustin and Drey saying "Come down! You are fweekin mom out!" Then he'd say "I'm da only good boy mom. I don't fweek anyone out."
