Welcome To the Big Top!

We went to the Circus tonight and it was SO fun! Watching the actual Circus was just ok, but watching the boys was the best part of the whole night. It is so fun to see things through their eyes and watch their excitment. I LOVE our family nights!

I LOVE this picture. Both boys sat like this through most of the show. It was especially exciting when the dirt bikes came out. They thought that was AWESOME!
Dreyton loved the clown nose and hat and didn't take it off starting the second we got it. Well, I take that back, he would take the nose off every once in a while because he had a runny nose and he had to let the plastic nose dry out every once in awhile. The gross thing was that when it was off his nose and drying out, he would put popcorn in it and use it as a bowl! Gross!!

Free Rides!

One of my neighbors brought his work truck home, and decided to entertain the kids with rides on the hydrolic lift ( I don't know what it is called) that he works on.
The boys are LOVING it!!

Here is a picture Becky took of y boys. Thanks Beck! I think it turned out so cute.

Savannah loved picking Dreyton up. He would try to pick her up, but ended up falling most of the time. It was pretty funny to watch.

1968 Yearbook

I saw this on another website and thought it was so funny, so I couldn't resist trying it out on my fam. Here is a picture of Dreyton if he was graduating in 1968. He is still a handsome little dude. When I get time I'm going to have to do this to Jace. It is way too fun.

My little Family

Some more pictures taken by Becky. One of these days Jace will cooperate with us and not cry the second a camera is pulled out. Thanks to Melanie, though, we got a couple of smiles. Thanks guys!

Hanging out with Becky

It was so fun to go down and see Becky. We don't get to see her much. Savannah and Drey had a great time together. It sure made us homesick for Cedar!

The kids playing at the park in the stream and getting soaking wet.

My Boys

Becky took this picture of the boys. I think she does such a cute job. Thanks Beck!!

Baby #4

Well, the last of my 4 sister-in-laws that were pregnant had her baby this past week. He was born on Monday to Shar and Nick. They named him Drage. They live in California so I'm not sure when I'll be able to see him, but he sure looks cute. Congrats Shar and Nick!

Party #3

Ok, so the whole reason we went to Delta this weekend was for Carters baby blessing, and so what do I do? I forget to bring my camera to the luncheon to get pictures of everyone. AAHH!! I am so mad at myself. I didn't get any pictures of Carter in his little baby blessing outfit or of anyone that was there! I am hoping that Shannon (hint hint) will post some pic's on the Rowley blog so I can copy and paste them onto mine. He looked really cute. And I got to hang out with Cassie, which is always so fun!! I miss her! We did get to go to Cedar though and we did each others hair there so we got more social time in. Thanks Cass!
Grandma and Granpa Riding
Here is a pic of Brooklyn. She is soooo pretty and so sweet and nice. I love this girl!!
Jace giving a ride to Kennady, Shane and Drey.
Jace isn't happy unless he is beating someone up. Good thing Carl can handle his own.
This is the AMAZING cake that Marcia made. We had a party at the Rowley's for Dreyton, Shane, Cutler and Grandpa. It was so much fun! Can you beleive how awsome this cake is! WE had such a fun weekend!
All the birthday boys, and Kyle.
Dreyton was so excited about his present from Grandma and Grandpa. it is a talking Hulk.
Jace and Kenady enjoying the cake and a good conversation.
I wish I got a better picture of Jaren and Suz and their family. This is the only one that I got. It was so fun to see them though. We don't get to see them very much, but when we do I love it. They are so much fun!

Birthday Party #2

Our second birthday party for Dreyton was his 'friend party'. It was so much fun. We had a rough and tumble all boy party. It was a 'Kung Fu Panda' party, so we based everything off of karate. I told them that they had to pass a bunch of 'tests' in order to become a true Kung Fu Master. Then after passing every 'test' they were given a prize, which they put in their chinese take out boxes that they were given. With the games we first started out by having the kids karate chop and kick a solid peice of cement (styrophoam) in half. Then they had to test their speed by trying to get by Dustin without getting touched by his Kung Fu sword. We also gave each of them their own sword as one of the prizes and after that they had to joust each other while standing on a 2x4. We played a couple other games and then after cake and presents we let them just go at it with each other with their sword (a swim noodle with pvc pipe in it for the handle, thanks for the idea on that one Dawn). Oh yah, we also let them karate chop and kick the pinata open, that was funny to watch. I think the kids had a blast attacking each other!
Here are the kids attacking Dustin, I think he had just as much fun as they did!
Megan, Kung Fu kicking her 'cement block'
Dretyon, kicking the Pinata
Wating for cake and ice cream.
Here is my attempt at Kung Fu Panda.
All the 'Kung Fu Masters'
Time to Joust!!

Zach wins again!! He was awsome at this game!

Birthday #1

This is where it all started, the first of many parties. WE celebrated Drey's birthday by just having a family party with presents, games and cake. I can't believe my little guys is 5!
I love this picture. It is kind of blurry, but it makes me laugh. Little does Dreyton know that while he is busy opening presents, his little brother is ALSO busy opening Dreyton's presents while his back is turned. The sneaky little turd.
Here is D cutting the cake for everyone that he made (with a little help but luckily noone found the egg shells that he cropped in there). He was pretty proud of himself. He kept giving me a thumbs up, thumbs down sign and I couldn't figure out why till he told me that the "thumbs up is for the frosting and the thumbs down is for the cake." I'll agree with him on that one.
Me and my little buddy. He promised that he would still hug and cuddle me even though he is grown up now.

Sleeping Monster

I was yelling for Jace to come back up to the garage and put his car away but he would NOT listen to me! He just sat there. So, I marched across the lawn, kind of annoyed that he wasn't listening to me and found him pretending to be asleep so that he didn't have to come in the house. He sat there for a good 15 minutes like this. He didn't even budge when Dreyton started harrassing him!

First Day of School

Well, Dreyton missed the kindergarten cut-off date by only 2 days and has to go to another year of Pre-school. I am fine with it though, I'm really not ready to let him go. He is having a hard time with it though and wants to go to Kindergarten soooo bad. All of his friends except one is in school. He is so bored at pre-school since he can already read alot of words and is a little pissed that he has to go when he is so bored. I am thinking of just taking him out and putting him in karate or something like that instead. Any suggestions from anyone??

Baby #3

The newest member to the Larsen Family arrived last Tuesday to Corey and Dawn (I'm a little late posting about it). They named her Madison, and she is so tiny and cute. I am so glad I live close enough to them that I'm able to see her. I still haven't seen my other new niece Annika, but hopefully will at the end of the month at her baby blessing. Congrats Dawn and Corey!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREYTON!!

Dreyton turns 5 years old today!! I am so excited for him, but kind of sad for me. He is growing up so fast!! He is such a sweetheart, a little dramatic at times, but such a good kid! Happy Birthday Dreyton, we love you so much!!!! I don't know what we would do without him!!!
